VINIFICATION AND AGING
The best bunches, provide a must exceptionally rich in aromatic substances, as well as mineral salts, tannins and considerable presences of vitamins. After fermentation the wine remains in contact with the skins for a long time, uploading to tannins and olfactory substances, and then be bottled following a minimum refinement of one year in large wooden barrels.
